Submit A Ticket

Best for offloading everyday website tasks that are quick, clearly defined, and ready to go — like adding a section to a page, swapping photos, or uploading a blog article.

  • Each ticket covers up to one hour of work: $150 if you’re booking à la carte, or deducted from your package if you’ve got hours banked.

     

  • You can add as many tasks as you’d like. We’ll stop at the hour or keep going and bill the difference — your choice.

     

  • Handled async by my trusted tech team, always guided and reviewed by me.

     

  • Completed within ~5 business days. Need it faster? Rush support may be available for an additional fee, depending on capacity.
     

Save with Packages

If you know you’ll be submitting tickets regularly, a Support Package is the most flexible, cost-effective way to keep your site cared for.

  • Bundle options: Available in 5- or 10-hour bundles.

     

  • Better rate: $135/hr for 5 hours, $125/hr for 10 hours.

     

  • Smaller increments: I track time in 15-minute blocks (no one-hour minimum), so your hours go further.

     

When you submit a ticket, you won’t have to pay — I’ll deduct the time spent from your package balance.
 

Grab-and-Go Website Upgrades

These all-inclusive mini-projects go beyond routine maintenance.

They’re for bigger updates that need more creative direction, collaboration, and space for revisions. Handled with the same full-service care as your original website build. Perfect for when your site needs more than a ticket, but less than a full overhaul:

Yes, package hours expire one year from the purchase date.

  • For Support Tickets, I’m sharing the load with my go-to tech-VA’s and developers to keep response times fast. They operate with my oversight, always.

  • For Grab-and-Go Upgrades, I’m your creative lead and handle much of the work myself, collaborating with a small circle of specialists (copywriters, SEO pros, etc.) as needed so every detail of your website is superbly serviced.


Either way, I’ll remain your main point of contact and oversee quality start-to-finish. ❤️

Yes, when capacity allows. Rush requests are billed at 1.5x the normal rate. Let me know it’s a “Rush Request” when submitting a ticket, and I’ll settle up with you after the work is done.

Once a ticket’s submitted, it’s locked in — that’s how I keep things organized and moving quickly.
