Built for Bookings
Here’s Your Host is the brainchild of Matt Eickhoff, a professional game show host who brings interactive, high-energy entertainment to everything from baby showers to corporate events.
Matt and his husband (and official scorekeeper) Alex started the business during COVID with virtual game shows. In that time they’ve hosted hundreds of events—but their website wasn’t keeping up.
Matt came to me wanting to…
- Help visitors find the right info, fast
- Attract more high-paying corporate clients
- Upgrade his DIY website to a strategic, professionally built one.
A Website That Feels Unmistakably “Matt”
We started with the brand vibe. The original site was bold and fun, but the design needed refinement. Since he runs game shows, I incorporated gameshow-inspired elements: neon accents, glowing spotlights, and bursts of confetti.
One of Matt’s personal requests? Incorporating his signature pink triangle motif. It’s a symbol with deep LGBTQ+ history, and he’s reclaiming it as a joyful, resilient part of his brand. We worked it into a background pattern across the site, and he loved it:
“WOW! I am so happy with how it all came together! This feels like an evolved version of what I envisioned when I first started my business.”

Fast, Fun, and Built to Convert
His old site was fun, but not guiding visitors effectively. Now? It’s clear, engaging, and designed to sell.
And the results speak for themselves—Matt’s inquiries have more than doubled.
Here’s how we did it:
- Simplified the site structure to guide visitors naturally towards booking. We combined overlapping pages and added a clear homepage section to direct visitors toward the content that matters most—no digging required.
- Rewrote the copy to make his message clear and compelling. I brought in Samantha from Nomad Copy Agency to help refine Matt’s content. The result? A site that sounds like him, but converts better.
- Designed a site that blends strategy with personality. The new website is fun, inviting, and uniquely Matt—while being highly strategic, technically sound, and built to convert. Every detail was crafted for SEO, accessibility, and expert positioning, so it not only looks great but performs.
And to make sure Matt could keep things running smoothly, I sent him off with:
- A brand board with fonts, colors, and design elements for consistency
- Reusable content blocks so he can create new pages in a flash
- A tutorial library so he can confidently update his site
Now, he has a site that showcases his talent, guides visitors to book, and saves him time in the long run.
