Turning Clutter into Calm
Originally an event planner, Laura Giordano wanted to recontext her business into a boutique-style wellness firm. Trading in wedding planning for retreat planning, she now offers personalized holistic services for individuals and corporate teams.
In addition, her website looked out-of-date and had lost its beautiful designer polish. Cluttered and unmanageable, it needed to be completely redesigned to capture the new vibe of spaciousness and serenity.
“My website is exactly what I envisioned. Her patience amazing…she is knowledgeable in her field…smart in how she goes about it…and has the full scope of the task at hand. Thank you so much!”

Laura’s social media manager (shout out to Aer Media!) had already started integrating these amazing floral graphics, so I used them to anchor the website design. I added Laura’s custom fonts to the Wix system to further match the “look”, and designed the embedded Flodesk form to look seamlessly on-brand.
After completing the website, Laura and I designed a 2-sided business card that matched the new look, making sure she had editable templates so it’d be easy to update her business cards anytime.
How we worked through the sticky stuff: streamlining services
The tough part of this project was finding a way to organize Laura’s many services so that the experience of sifting through them wouldn’t feel like work. We aimed to capture the airy, spa-like atmosphere she cultivates in her events.
After talking through her offerings, we realized they could be grouped into categories, minimizing decision fatigue for her website visitors. On each category page, individual offerings were presented in menu style listings to support easy scan-reading.
