#2 Redesign
With a detailed plan of what we want to create, we can dive into making it real. I’ll assemble and manage the dream team, pulling from a diverse pool of creative colleagues and working alongside them to make the magic happen. (I'm happy to introduce you, so you know who’s working in your business!)
#3 Refine
When the build is complete, I’ll train your current team and document how everything works so it’s easy to onboard future hires. You’ll be supported through launch to head off any hiccups. And I’ll circle back for refinements after you’ve had some time to “try it on” and see what needs tailoring.

Phase 1: Reimagining is a blend of exploring, researching, auditing, and roadmapping. I can go deep or broad here, depending on your needs.
Phase 2: Redesigning is a blend of creating, connecting, testing, and project managing. Exactly what we’re redesigning depends on the scope of your project, but generally includes thinks like infrastructure, automations, and multimedia content creation (web pages, copy, graphics, video, all that jazz.)
Phase 3: Refining is a blend of training, documenting, launching, editing and celebrating. The format for this phase is flexed to suit your internal team’s needs so they’re supported through the transition.
Phase 1: Reimagining takes about 2 weeks. The other phases vary depending on the scope of your project, but 8 weeks is a good ballpark.
