Web design for service providers

On Squarespace, WordPress, or Wix.

I pinpoint what makes you different and translate it into a site that books better clients —  in one all-inclusive, low-lift package.

“In just three weeks since having the new site, inquiries from potential clients have more than doubled.”

I’ve already seen sales come in that I wouldn’t have otherwise expected!”

5 ⭐’s on Google, see them all here.

You’ve grown. But your website? Still playing catch-up.

You hesitate sharing your URL. Inquiries are coming in but they’re not the right ones. Sales calls take more effort because the website isn’t doing the warm-up work.

Maybe you even hired someone before and the result was…not it…so you’re back to square one.

The fix isn’t a fresh coat of paint. It’s a website where positioning, copy, and design are all pulling in the same direction: toward better clients with less effort.

I design websites for coaches, consultants, therapists — and other pros whose expertise is the business — who are ready to:

Here’s how. 👇

A refreshingly simple process

Whether it’s your first professional website or your fifth update, I’ve got you.

Phase 0: Prep

You'll fill out your Website Workbook before we start. This guides you through sharing everything that's needed to kick off our project, like website access, inspo, and necessary files.

Phase 1: Align

We kick off with a deep-dive conversation about your business and your goals. From there, I create your Alignment Guide — a custom blueprint covering your messaging, visual direction, and sitemap.

You'll see where we're headed before anything gets designed, and your feedback gets woven into everything that comes next.

*Want to test the waters first? You can book the Align phase on its own before committing to the full build.

Phase 2: Create

With that blueprint as our guide, I activate the team to create first drafts: copywriting, homepage design, and any other assets your project needs. I'm your primary designer and your single point of contact the whole time.

You review, share feedback, and your input all comes together in…

Phase 3: Build

With each of the assets made, we'll put them all together and build out your full website. You'll get a round of revisions to fine-tune any details, and if needed we'll connect live to polish it up together.

Phase 4: Launch (& Beyond*)

Your site goes live! 🎉 You'll get custom tutorials, an optional 1:1 training for yourself or a team member, and two weeks of email support for a smooth handoff.

*Need long-term support? I’m here for that, too.

FAQ's

You've got Q's and I've got A's. If your question isn't answered here, feel free to email me.

Q: What platforms does Caitie Means Business build on?

Caitie Means Business builds on Squarespace, WordPress, and Wix. Caitlin recommends the one that’s best for your business and gets it all set up.

Q: How long does a website project take?

Caitie Means Business’ projects take about a month from kickoff to launch. That includes strategy, asset creation, design, development, and a cushioned handoff. Projects book 4-6 weeks out, so factor in lead time when planning.

Q: How involved do I need to be in a web design project?

Caitie Means Business projects are designed to be low-lift for clients. You’ll share materials in advance, attend a kickoff call, review work asynchronously at each milestone, and connect for a launch call. Most communication happens over email and Loom video walkthroughs so you can review on your own time with space to process your thoughts.

Q: How much does a website project cost?

Caitie Means Business offers all-inclusive website packages starting at $5,000, with most clients investing ~$8-10k for a full-service experience. That includes strategy, branding, copywriting, design, development, SEO foundations, post-launch support and more. Payment plans are available.

Q: Is hiring a web designer worth the investment?

Caitie Means Business clients have seen Google rankings improve by 10+ positions, organic traffic increase 20%, and inquiries double within weeks of launching their new websites. And even when the ROI is softer — confidence when sharing their site, easier sales conversations — clients say it was worth it.

Q: Does Caitie Means Business offer smaller projects?

Yes. If a full redesign isn’t what you need, Caitie Means Business offers options for more focused updates. Schedule a call to figure out the best path forward.

Q: What happens if I’m not happy with my web design?

It’s only happened twice in over 100 projects (and both clients still left 5-star Google reviews). It’s rare because the Caitie Means Business process is designed to prevent it: you’ll see the creative direction before design begins, weigh in at every milestone, and if something feels off, the design is adjusted along the way.

Q: Does Caitie Means Business have a team?

Yes — Caitie Means Business is a studio, not a solo act. Caitlin leads every project personally and brings in trusted, independent specialists for copywriting, logo design, SEO, and development. You’ll always know who’s involved, and Caitlin remains your single point of contact throughout the project.

Q: What is an accessible website?

Caitie Means Business makes accessibility-informed design choices at every layer of each project — things like color contrast, alt text, and heading structure. No overlays or plugins. (Caitie Means Business doesn’t offer ADA Compliance, but can recommend specialists who do.)

Q: Does Caitie Means Business use AI?

Caitie Means Business uses AI as an editing and research tool, not as a replacement for thoughtful work. Clients receive a website built from genuine human expertise.

Q: Can I edit my website myself after launch?

Yes! Caitie Means Business builds every site with easy editing in mind and provides custom tutorial videos specific to each client’s site, not generic instructions. You’ll have the confidence and tools to make updates on your own, with the option to book additional support on an as-needed basis.
